Lindsay Lohan has been out partying every night this week.

The 20-year-old actress hit a host of New York's top hotspots, just weeks
after leaving Los Angeles' Wonderland rehab center.

Over the weekend, Lindsay partied with Jude Law at The Box, where onlookers
claim she was "drinking champagne and dancing with four Lindsay
look-alikes".

On Monday (03.12.07), she danced the night away at Butter and Bungalow 8,
while last night (03.15.07) she planned to visit Plumm with her fashion
designer friend Charlotte Ronson.

The star - who left Wonderland on February 16 - was also recently seen
partying at exclusive nightclub Teddy's in the plush Hollywood Roosevelt
hotel.

Lindsay's representative, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, says the actress is "doing
fine" and just "taking her life day by day".

Lindsay recently admitted she was "really sick" before checking into rehab
to be treated for alcoholism.

She said: "I was really sick. I went to the hospital and had people sit me
down who said, 'You are going to die if you don't take care of yourself.'"

Here are the adoptions papers that Angelina Jolie filed with authorities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in order to gain custody of 3-year-old son Pax Thien Jolie. The adoption agency Angelina used also issued this statement following the adoption of Pax.

Bui Thi Bich Tuyen, a nurse from Tam Binh Orphanage where Angelina adopted Pax said staff there didn’t realize she and Brad Pitt were celebrities when they first visited last year during Thanksgiving — Angelina shared crayons and drew pictures with the kids.

Said Tuyen, “They looked very much like ordinary people. We thought that they were just an ordinary couple that wanted to play with the kids and give them presents. They brought lots of toys. We could already see that she had a heart for children.”

New reports from Vietnam are coming in that Angelina Jolie has renamed her 3-year-old adopted son from Pham Quang Sang to PAX THIEN JOLIE (soon to be PAX THIEN JOLIE-PITT).

In Latin, “PAX” means “peace.” In Vietnamese, “THIEN” means “sky.” The coolness factor pretty much matches up with the rest of the pack: Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh. PAX. THIEN. JOLIE. PITT.

But it has been confirmed that Angelina has completed procedures with Vietnamese authorities to adopt. Just one more hoop to jump through: U.S. consular and embassy officials must give approval.

In short… Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will soon have four children: 5-year-old son Maddox adopted from Cambodia, 3-year-old son Pax adopted from Vietnam, 2-year-old daughter Zahara adopted from Ethiopia and 10-month old daughter Shiloh, who was born to the couple in May 2006.

With Britney in rehab and focusing on bettering herself as a person, Internet elves are busy at work to update her site, so that it's ready for the Britney 2.0, that we hope will rise like a phoenix from the ashes that are her current personal problems. This old-school Britney pic from the days when she graced many a dorm room wall via poster, was the image that could be seen yesterday morning, for those visitors who happened upon her website. And at the moment (which I say because her page seems to be changing as quickly as often as she's popping in and out of rehab), visitors to the site will be treated to some heavy breathing, as a tiger's face morphs into that of Britney's.

And I'm finding myself oddly aroused, even though I know that all of this foreplay is not necessarily proof of an imminent comeback.

TMZ reported that it looks like Britney Spears real issues have little to do with substance abuse. She apparently is suffering from post-partum depression. Sources say the doctors there believe she is either fighting pp depression or bi-polar disorder. They believe she is using booze as a way to cope with her depression.

She is reportedly reading Brooke Shields’ book, “Down Came the Rain,” where Brooke talks about her famous battle with post-partum depression. Brit is on a 30-day program at Promises in Malibu, CA.

Who the hell is leaking her private medical records?! Damn, I’d be pissed. I’m sure she’s depressed. I’d be depressed too if I was her. Hopefully she will get better, grow her hair back and move to some ranch in the south to never be heard from again! She’s not built for fame. That shit isn’t for wussies.

Britney Spears is back in the U.S., and she’s sporting a brand new look. Spears was photographed at the valley tattoo shop “Body and Soul” in Sherman Oaks, getting a tattoo reportedly of a pair of red and pink lips on her wrist. But the biggest change to the pop singer’s style? She shaved her head bald.

Spears could be seen inside the tattoo parlor with her head fully exposed, but as she left the shop she was led by her bodyguard straight to a waiting SUV. Spears had her head covered with a hooded sweatshirt to hide her new noggin.

The sidewalk outside the shop was filled with fans, onlookers and paparazzi. Some fans that were interviewed after Spears departed declared the new look less than flattering.

Rejoice, Keira Knightley fans! You will once again have the chance to see Keira Knightley nude when her new film Silk hits theatres on August 13. While this won't be the first time we see Keira Knihgtley nude on screen (she flashed her breasts in The Hole, was naked in sex scenes and the bath in The Jacket, and did strip scenes and sex scenes in Domino), but it sounds like this movie will be her most revealing.

According to posts on IMDb, Keira gets naked several times, and is scene topless, at the very least.

- For all the people excited to see Keira: yes you do see her topless many, many times.

- She is nude only in a couple of scenes in "Silk", once during a love scene and another that readers of the novella will recognize which is when Herve is looking at the letter the "Concubine" wrote and Helene leans over him with her gown gaping open and he internally remarks about her breasts (something about how they are small and like a little girl's or something like that).

Now, keep in mind, these eye-witness accounts are based on the test screenings, and many things can be changed before the film's release, but it sounds to me like these scenes are fairly integral, and will most probably stay in. And if they don't, well, there really isn't much point in going to see the movie, is there?

"The Dreamgirl As You've Never Seen Her," a cover headline teases. There's also a photo spread inside the magazine.

The 25-year-old singer-actress ("Dreamgirls") posed on a Florida beach in the bikini designed by House of Dereon, the fashion label she started with her mother, Tina Knowles.

The 2007 swimsuit edition continues with a music theme inside, featuring scantily clad models posing with Kanye West, Aerosmith, Kenny Chesney, Gnarls Barkley and Panic! At the Disco.

A five-page spread featuring Russian Anne Vyalitsyna was shot at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland in September.

"Once the decision was made to have a music hook, one of the first settings to come up was the Rock Hall, because it's such an iconic place," said Sports Illustrated spokesman Rick McCabe. "It was a natural fit."

Vyalitsyna posed with Jon Bon Jovi's motorcycle and other Rock Hall items.

I don't think anyone has thought of Britney Spears as an angel for a really long time, if they ever did to begin with. No, Britney's steady decline is well documented, and at this point, nothing would surprise me. I just hope that if we see a Britney Spears sex tape, lesbian or otherwise, that it was filmed a long time ago, back when she was still hot.

Anna Nicole Smith is Dead

Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Florida hospital after being found unconscious in her hotel room, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the case told CNN.

Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel and was taken to a local hospital, according to news reports.

TMZ.com had reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.

According to reports, Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room.

After losing her son, giving birth to a daughter, having various paternity claims against the child, and being sued along with her former employer TrimSpa, and going all the way to the Supreme Court over the will of her late husband, Anna Nicole Smith's tumultuous life has come to an end. She was 39 years old.

Hopefully, she can finally rest in peace.

She told Elle magazine: "Every country I go to, you'll hear that I'm adopting! India is a country we could legally adopt from, but I don't think it will be the next one.

"In the future, it is a possibility and we have had that discussion.

"We definitely want a very big family. It might seem crazy to build it so
quickly. But if we're going to have 10 kids, we'd like to raise them while
we're young.

"Maddox and I talk about him being adopted, and he's got opinions about his
brothers and sisters to come."

The actress' adopted Cambodian son Maddox has even thought of a name for his
next sibling, which Angelina is refusing to divulge.

She added: "The other night I said to Brad, 'If this become a reality, are
we really thinking of that name?' He said, 'Yes, I think we have to!'"

Brad has previously joked that he wants to have enough children to start his
own soccer team.

According to the filing, Ojani is bound to arbitration based on the settlement he and Jennifer arrived at in 2005 when he sued her for breach of contract after she fired him in 2002 from a managerial post at her restaurant Madre's. Their agreement called for, among other things, Noa to remain mum in public about J.Lo's private life. He also received a sweet $125 000 settlement in the deal.

A preliminary injunction was placed on Ojani earlier this year to stop him from selling his manuscript, originally titled, 'The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller.' (Sounds juicy, I know.)

The Oscar-winning actress - who cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her split - attended the Kennedy Center Honors two weeks ago and said she was "doing fine".

The friendship between Britney Spears and Paris Hilton was short, sweet and photogenic. But now, it seems, it's over. A source close to Spears explains why the pop tart, who lost her undies last week, has not been seen with her "new best friend" Hilton since she posted an apology to her fans on her Web site, noting, "Thank God for Victoria's Secret underwear!" The source said, "Britney has been told by her people that if she ever wants a comeback, she has to stay far away from Paris and start acting like an adult."

You can tell just by looking at her that the Force is strong with Elisha Cuthbert. But the Dark side of fame is tempting. Elisha must remember: Adventure, excitement, a Jedi craves not these things. In an exclusive interview in the new issue of PEOPLE, Angelina Jolie talks about her brood with Brad Pitt – and admits she's "the disciplinarian" of the family.

Jolie, 31, says that she and Pitt, 43, have different parenting styles when it comes to Maddox, 5; Zahara, who turns 2 on Jan. 8; and Shiloh, 7 months: "I am the disciplinarian," she says. "Brad can be, but if Z doesn't get the bottle from me, she'll very quickly run to Daddy."

Asked which of the three kids rules the Jolie-Pitt roost, she says, "I bet if you asked Brad, he'd say Zahara. Mad is very smart, but he's got a certain sense of calm. Zahara is possibly the funniest person I've ever met in my life. So dramatic and creative and loud and charming. She's definitely the biggest personality in the house."

As parents, what makes them most proud? "Somebody said to us recently that they were happy kids, and we talked about how much that meant to us to hear. And they're good kids. God knows how we managed to do that – but they're good kids."

Britney Spears' partying antics (namely her hairless kooter) are dominating TV and newspapers headlines lately, but In Touch is the first publication to print a report of the mother's drug-taking habits.
In their new issue, the glossy reports that a celebrity publicist claims that Britney is a pill-popper.

The magazine's latest issue states that on November 27, Britney visited the restaurant Dan Tana's in West Hollywood, the same infamous night when an out-of-control Brit-Brit was seen exiting the eatery with a glass of wine as she walked to her car.

Sources claimed that while inside, Britney paid a visit to the ladies' room, where she plopped her purse down on the counter and in front of several witnesses opened her bag to reveal a bounty of pills inside.

According to an eyewitness: "There was a bottle of Paxil (an antidepressant) and a bottle of Xanax (for anxiety) that she took out and put on the counter. It looked like a pharmacy in there."

In addition to that one visit to the ladies room, Britney has allegedly been spending a lot of time in the rest rooms of clubs and after-hours parties lately.

I guess this is not a big deal. It's a depressing world, especially for a country girl who made it big.

And besides, you would need it too if you had to go down on Paris Hilton. That's not what I would call a gift box.

A spokesperson for the R&B stars denies the claims, insisting she had no knowledge of impending nuptials for the couple.
